Wonders of the past

I was going through some scrapbooking stuff when I ran across this... Boy a lot can change in 3 years...

• The way you smile in your crib when I come in to get you.
• The bubbles you blow on EVERYTHING!
• The way you stop whatever you're doing to watch the Backyardigans theme song.
• The way you say 'Dada' all the time.
• Your legs when you kick them out when you 'walk' holding my finger.
• The sweet sound you make when you are nursing your bottle to sleep.
• Your deep breath when you sleep.
• The way you climb up me, to give me a hug.
• The hic-ups you get whenever you laugh too hard.
• The way you use your index finger to investigate things.
• The smile you give me when I give you Douglas at night.
• Your giggle when I lightly touch your back.
• The way you stop and breath open mouthed when I rub your belly.
• The open mouth grin you give when Daddy puts you on his shoulders.
• The way you crack up when Daddy holds you and I slip your pants on.
• Your belly laugh when we play "Running for a touchdown!"
• When you can't stand up straight because you are laughing too hard.
• The way you climb all over Daddy when he is on the floor.
• The way your hair feels on my fingers.
• The way I open your swaddle and you streeeeetch your arms up.
  

These are the most precious experiences of my life,
and I never want to forget these things.
